App Reviewer Guide

This page is written for App Store and Play Store reviewers evaluating OnlyMenu IO. It explains what the app is, how to sign in, what to try, and how content is moderated.

What OnlyMenu IO is

OnlyMenu IO is a private business catalog platform. Businesses (restaurants, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and B2B teams) use it to publish invite-only product catalogs to their staff, sales reps, distributors, and approved clients. Every catalog is end-to-end encrypted; only invited members hold the keys to decrypt content. The app is not a marketplace, not a social network, and does not process payments in-app.

How to sign in

  1. 1. Open the app and tap Create account or Sign in.
  2. 2. Use the demo credentials provided in the App Store Connect notes (email + passphrase).
  3. 3. On first sign-in you will be asked to select a business type — pick any option to continue.
  4. 4. You will land on a demo catalog with sample products and an admin chat thread.

If demo credentials are missing or expired, please contact review@onlymenu.io and we'll issue fresh ones within one business day.

Suggested tour

  • • Browse the demo catalog grid and tap any tile to open the product viewer.
  • • Tap the + button in the bottom tab bar to add a photo — this creates a product.
  • • Open the Chat tab to view an end-to-end encrypted conversation with the workspace admin.
  • • Open Account → Profile settings to change business type or username.
  • • Open Account → Privacy to export all your data or delete your account.
  • • From any product or member, use the "Report" action to file an abuse report.

Content & moderation

All content is user-generated by verified business accounts. Publishing is gated behind an Acceptable Use & Security agreement (/trust/acceptable-use). Every product, member, message, and catalog has an in-app Report action that routes to our moderation queue. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; violating content and accounts are removed.
