The ground rules.

OnlyMenu IO is a business productivity tool for creating private, invite-only product catalogs. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service for anything that violates applicable law or the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, your vault passphrase, and any device you sign in on. You are responsible for the content you upload and share.

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant OnlyMenu IO a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

Publishing, sharing, or transmitting prohibited content (see the Acceptable Use Policy) will result in content removal and may result in account suspension or termination.

You may close your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyMenu IO disclaims all implied warranties.
